JKPSC Announces 285 Exciting New Posts in the Education Department!
The Higher Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir has released an online notification inviting applications for the post of Assistant Professor in various disciplines in Government Degree Colleges. Only applicants who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, possess the prescribed academic/professional qualifications and age are eligible to apply.
The J&K (Gazetted) College Service Recruitment Rules, 2008, notified vide SRO 423 of 2008, amended vide SRO-124 dated 21.4.2014, and the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business and Procedure) Rules, 2021, as amended up-to-date, are the governing rules for this recruitment process.
Interested candidates can access the application form and instructions for filling it up on the Commission’s website from 03-03-2023 onwards. It is recommended that candidates carefully read and understand all eligibility conditions before filling the online application form.
To be considered, applicants must update their One Time Registration before submitting the application form. The last date for submitting a complete online application form along with the requisite fee (online mode only) is 31-03-2023.
